Meet the Team

Micaela Hi, my name is Micaela and I'm the Professional Relations Coordinator as well as a Registered Dental Assistant. I schedule all of the new patient appointments and can answer all of your new patient questions. It is also my job to make sure that our office is fun and that our staff stays active in community events. If you ever have any suggestions, feel free to contact me – I am always open to new ideas!

Krysta Hello, my name is Krysta and I am the Treatment Coordinator. I am also a Registered Dental Assistant. As treatment coordinator, I will be working with you the first few visits. I work with Dr. Green at your initial exam and will go over financing and insurance with you. I enjoy being with the patients the first time they visit our office because I really get to know each and every patient. Each child’s reaction to braces is different, and I love to help patients work through their fears of orthodontic treatment, as well as share their excitement of getting braces and choosing their favorite colors!

Leah Hello, my name is Leah and I am the Patient Flow Coordinator. It’s my responsibility to make sure the back clinic flows smoothly on a daily basis. I will do my best to make sure you are seen on time. I am also in charge of the sterilization room to make sure all instruments are thoroughly sterilized and ready for you on time! I am your direct link to your child’s dental assistant. We are always available to help you with any questions you may have!

Shelli Hello, my name is Shelli and I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I work in the back clinic and will be with you during all of your adjustments. The part I like best is that we see the same patient from the beginning to the end, so I will get to know you well before your braces are removed. I enjoy working with my patients for the duration of their treatment to see the beautiful smiles I help create.

Cheryl My name is Cheryl and I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I work in the back clinic. I work closely with you and Dr. Green to achieve your best smile! My favorite part is that I will be with you each step of the way – from the day you get your braces on until the end when your braces come off.

Casey Hi! My name is Casey.   I am a Registered Dental Assistant and my main job is the Diagnostic Records Assistant. I take x-rays, photos, and impressions so that Dr. Green can analyze each patient's case. I also assist Dr. Green in placing braces.

Ayla My name is Ayla. I have been with Green Orthodontics since the day the doors first opened.  I am a Registered Dental Assistant and also work as the lab technician. My job includes pouring and trimming models (molds of your teeth) from the impressions that Casey takes.  I also make lab appliances and help in the back clinic.

Hayley My name is Hayley. I am a Registered Dental Assistant. I work in the back clinic and assist Dr. Green in adjusting braces, retainers, and other appliances. I take pride in helping Dr. Green create brighter smiles for our patients!  If you have any questions about treatment, please ask!  We want you to be informed about your treatment.  We attend seminars with Dr. Green throughout the year to stay up to date on the latest orthodontic techniques.

Shelby Hi, my name is Shelby and I am the Financial Coordinator. I file insurance for you and can answer any financial or insurance questions you may have. We all work hard, but we have a lot of fun here. I look forward meeting you!
