Patient Contest

 We like to keep our office fun and exciting with monthly oral hygiene contests and survey winners! We also try to have one additional monthly fun contest for all of our patients!

 This is a new monthly contest that will be begin in February! 

It is super easy to enter, all you have to is email or bring in a picture of you in your GO T-shirt.

 Send us a picture of you wearing our GO T-shirt at any event, during traveling or vacationing.

All patients that send in a photo will be entered in for the monthly drawing.

Prizes will vary, month to month, but trust us they will be a good ones!
