Meet Dr. Malone
I was born in Nashville in 1992 and raised by both my mother and father in the Nashville and Hendersonville areas.
I started my undergraduate training at Tennessee State University, where I received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology.
I navigated many challenges that lead to an 11 year educational journey that resulted in obtaining three graduate degrees at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
I completed a Doctorate of Philosophy, PhD, in Oral and Craniofacial Sciences, which helps me diagnose and treat severe craniofacial deformities such as Cleft Lip and Palate and Facial Clefts. I then received my Doctorate in Dental Surgery and I completed a three year course in specialty training in Orthodontics.
After which, I completed my board certification, which is a requirement to treat patients at Green Orthodontics. I wish board certification was a requirement for all orthodontic offices, but alas, it is not. This is one of the reasons why I was honored to be selected to join the Green Team!
After I finished my orthodontic training, I was fortunate enough to be able to come to Clarksville where my parents live and integrate my family to this loving community.
During school, I met my wonderful wife Robyn, who is a local pediatric dentist in the area. We are so blessed to have three energetic children Quinn, Corey (CoCo), and Kai. My oldest is on the spectrum, so I can empathize with our patients and parents who face that daily challenge.
In my spare time, I am fully devoted to my faith and my family. Personally, I love traveling, sports/games, eating all foods (especially cheesecake), and singing/dancing to music. I’ve been known to break out into song every now and again. I can’t guarantee it’s always good, but it will be fun. I’m excited to be a part of your extended family and care for you and your children.
